Even for a Small Spike Shell Koopa(Why so smol!), I gave him a bit of a move that would of been neat for something: (Maybe Mugen). (Giving Koopa (Kart Fighters) some SSB both Bowser/Self moves and motions- not easy so its not going to be that good for some edits...)

But hey, for a Bootleg, I think I made the animation at least smooth. What do you guys think?
