Thunder Bla- I mean Good o' Rockman

I decided to do another bootleg into an original character: Who needs a cape with a Quickman design on it where you got pew pew Mega Buster in design.

took 10 mins to edit.

From it, I had to edit every part off of the real sprite and use palettes from MM9-10 with featured a custom made megabuster and helmet from Mega Man.
